This longer session gives the therapist time to accurately assess your new condition. Initial treatment and advice alongside a personalised home exercise programme will be provided during this session.

PHYSIOTHERAPY FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT: £50

This is for conditions that have already been assessed by the therapist and can include a mixture of treatments including massage, exercise, manual therapy, taping, self-management advice and acupuncture.

ACUPUNCTURE INITIAL CONSULTATION & TREATMENT: £65

This longer session gives the therapist time to accurately assess your new condition. Initial treatment and advice alongside a personalised home exercise programme will be provided during this session.

ACUPUNCTURE FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT: £50

This is for conditions that have already been assessed by the therapist and include a acupuncture treatment alongside self-management advice and a progressive home exercise programme.

1:2:1 PHYSIO-LED PILATES CLASS: £60
